The Tournament Scene

Although we do not consider competition to be the most important aspect or goal of martial arts training, we do value the lessons that each individual learns by participating in tournaments. Competitors realize the value of hard work, consistency, and perseverance, as well as rising to the challenge of facing themselves and their fears in the ring. Over the years, our many competitors have always passed on what they have gained, both physically and mentally, thereby keeping Golden State students at the forefront of the tournament scene.
